SHOOT – OFFS

The Team Leaders whose shooters are eligible for Shoot – Off are kindly requested to be in close contact with the Competition Office at the end of the Qualification Rounds.

FINALS

All finals will be conducted on range 3. Start numbers for the finals will be the same as those of the Competition.

SIDE REFEREES

All shooters in the Trap men and Skeet men competitions must perform the duty of side refereeing two (2) side referees after each round, one on each side of the range., (visible electronic scoreboards will be used). The OC will provide side referees for the first rounds of each day and the score keepers for all rounds.

In the Trap Women, Skeet Women and Double Trap men competitions, organizing Committee will provide side referees for all rounds

ELIGIBILITY, SPONSORSHIP AND ADVERTISING

All team Officials are kindly requested to make sure that all their shooters follow the ISSF eligibility, sponsorship, commercial markings and advertising rules.

EQUIPMENT CONTROL

Equipment Control will be conducted as per ISSF rules by Jury, on the Official Training Day of each event behind the small restaurant on the left side of Range one (1)

START NUMBERS

Shooters without start numbers will not be allowed to shoot. If any shooter lose or forget the start number at the Hotel, He / she must immediately contact the competition office to get a new one.

DOPING CONTROL

DC will be conducted according to the ISSF Rules and Regulations. A medical centre and a first aid service will operate during the competition. (Behind the small restaurant on the left side of Range 1)

SMOKING / CELL PHONES

Smoking is prohibited on the ranges and in the official spectator area. The use of cell phones and walkie–talkies or similar devices among competitors, coaches and team officials within the competition are is prohibited!

AWARD CEREMONIES

During the Award Ceremonies the medalists MUST present themselves in their official national uniforms or national tracksuits ( tops and bottoms). The Award ceremonies will take place immediately after each Final.

COMMUNICATION OF COMPETITION INFORMATION

Detailed information will be provided for each nation via Pigeon holes, Info Desks and on the Information Bulletin Board. Competition information will be also available at the info desks at the official hotels.
